    Credit where it's due

    I think helpful people should be acknowledged, having to resolve a problem one Saturday and getting no response from most of the bigger triumph names despite leaving messages i received a return call from Peter at LD Parts around 6pm. Having explained my issue he called again on the Sunday with a resolution, parts were ordered and delivered 24 hours later. Like i said, praise where it's due.

      Pete is a genuinely nice guy, and always very helpful. He's usually my first choice when I am looking for parts.

                When i wanted a part he did not have in stock he told me of another supplier who had the part and in his opinion it was a good quality item. How many traders would do that, Peter at LD parts is truly a customer focused retailer.

                              I have been using another supplier for the last 27 years for my 3 English cars and have never gone elsewhere. I would have spent probably the price I paid for my Stag. All this time they have been excellent I must say. Recently however I sent a 12 pound part back that was inferior quality and the email exchange from one of the ladies there has annoyed me...
                              I sent my first email to LD Parts recently and I could tell from the prompt response that this is going to be a very different experience.
