I bought a Rimmer hammer - I'm not in your part of the country.

But honestly If I knew then what I know now I would buy a LH Bolt 149095 (SOC £3) and a slide hammer off Ebay for less than £12 from Ebay. Such as
    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sliding-S...N9Me:rk:2f:0

I would buy a connector nut, the long double ended nut of the correct thread to fit the hammer and weld the LH nut to the connector nut. (Toolstation keep them)

There you go about £16 and you have a useful slide hammer for future jobs on body work and half shafts etc.
