Its cold and the heater has stopped working. Was fine when drove to shops then 45 min later only cold air . Water is full, runs at normal operating temp and both inlet and outlet pipes from heater are hot and matrix feels hot inside. valve moves no problem. this happened about 1 yr ago then suddenly resolved and worked for months then stopped suddenly . .Only logical explanation i as a non mechanic can think of is that the valve is blocked but wiggling it and tapping it havent helped Any ideas gratefully received .Hope to be
