Restrictor Clip - where to buy?

Hi,

I need to buy the clip which fixes the restrictor (154029) to the mounting bracket of the carb linkage. I've marked the clip I'm looking for in the following picture in red.

Also I need the clip 518308 (marked in green).

Actually I can't find a source for the clips. Are these clips available somewhere?

the green clip looks like it could be replaced with a "C" clip
the red one by a "spire" clip. (for a self tapping screw)
a good old fashion car spares shop or garage should have a box of assorted sizes.
I have somewhere, but due to a house move haven't got a clue where they are packed
