Forum connection error

I get the same using the website with my iPhone browser (not the SOC App).

Can't login to the members area of SOC either. Using the password and username associated with adhesive tape.

I’m. not helping much but I’m on safari now on my iPhone and all fine. I logged on using that combination a couple of days ago, maybe the 1 July change has taken effect with no update in the password thread? I’ll give it a try now

Tried with Chrome - same result. The "New Topics" (i.e. since last visit) button has disappeared

Sorry I’m wrong about the password. The one you mention didn’t work but the one in the members’ area on here did.

You just needed to "accept the risk" of an outdated certificate, then you got access (at least in Firefox it worked that way).

Carl was onto the problem at the crack of dawn when it occurred and followed it through with the web host, who was supposed to update the certificate automatically. All credit to Carl!

Because that one isn’t valid anymore. Check inside the May magazine for the current password.

I say again although with slightly different words - pinned post in the soc business forum. Just tested it and it worked fine

Ahh OK! I associated "members area" with the SOC Website terminology (and wondered how that would help me!)
