What I do is to upload the video to YouTube, then copy the Link address, and post it in the "Insert Video" icon/command which is next to the "Insert Image" icon.
Never tried not uploading to YouTube 1st, but there must be a way of posting a direct link I am sure, it is just that all the videos I want to keep/share I always upload to my YouTube site.
