Suppliers of the plastic parts for a Smiths mileometer

Does anyone know who supplies the following mileometer parts inside a Smiths speedo SN -6212/00S please:-

• Cam (it has a plastic wheel at one end that is driven by the speedo cable);
• Plastic pawl that is fitted onto the above cam (which is driven by a gear turned by the speedo cable);
• Small spring steel clip that holds the pawl onto the cam?

Speedy Cables offer a reconditioning service but do not supply these parts.
