choke dont pull out

car runs fine but I cant pull the choke out for easier starting I do use the gas peddle first of course looking at the carbs the right cable thingy moves freely but the left from inside the car is stuk and I don't see how it can move should this side be moving freely as the other one

With the accelerator pedal down a bit, both carburettor chokes should open and close easily. Have you tried opening the "Stuck" one by pulling on the cable with a pair of pliers where it is attached to the carburettor choke lever? It should lift easily. If it does, then the cable has stuck for some reason. Perhaps it has been kinked or crushed behind the radio. If it doesn't lift then something has stuck in the carburettor.
