Some wonderful colours in the stag range, and black was one of them, are there any about in black ? I understand it was a factory option, mine was once blue and resprayed black many years ago by previous owner, looks nice, but don’t see many original blacks ?

I've never seen black listed as an official Triumph paint colour for the Stag, only as an interior trim colour.

As Richard says, Black paint was not a standard option. I have seen it documented that no Stags left the factory in black, but they do look nice with silver stripes
