Fitting Wards EWP

I know I'm thick . Bought one of these Wards kits . As expected (from previous experience ) no comprehensive instructions. I was hoping they may have posted video instruction on this site , but cant find any reference. Haven't a clue what to to do with this bag of bones I've been sent. Sorted the inlet manifold. But there are no proper instructions as to what to what to do or how to fit the pump how to attach ..etc. Surely in this day and for the price, you would expect comprehensive instructions. I know some one will reply saying "just give them a ring they are really friendly and helpful" Not at all you can't get hold of anyone to help. I just wanted some comprehensive instructions. If any one has pictures as to how to fit this pump I would be very appreciative . It is a huge commitment to make this change and there does not seem to be the support from Wards. Unless I can find proper and realistic instructions on how to fit this kit , I would recommend that Stag owners do not buy EWP Wards

I'm sure if you ring Wards and if you can't speak to Mick right away (often, he's in the middle of something in the spray booth). Tell Lynn or Trina that you have bought this kit from them and leave your number, Mick usually rings back later or the next day. I know Mick and his family are away at the moment and won't be back in til Tuesday. Hope that helps.

My car is at Ward's at the moment getting some work done including a new EWP. I find Mike very helpful and trustworthy and have never had any issues contacting him. The best thing to do is pick up the phone.

The issue is I had set aside this week end to fit the pump. I was assured comprehensive instructions would be included. Very Frustrating.

One thing to note, do you have a header tank plumbed in feeding into the old pump cover like one supplier has done? If you have the plumbing would probably need to be rearanged from your current set up.

I agree. You shouldn't have to chase someone down and wait days for them to call back to explain a complicated fitting procedure over the phone. It doesn't take much to produce a fitting instruction sheet jeeeeeez.
