If running MS XP Office, open it up with MS Office Picture Manager. Use the 'Edit Pictures' function, then 'Resize'. You can drop the size down until it is less than the 500000 bytes necessary for this forum.

Well, I can name a few.
Far left hand side is StagMoneyPit, in front of him holding the shopping is Bob Heritage, just behind bob with the dark fleece with the Stag logo is Andy P, the chap with the red fleece and the fetching pink girlie basket
is Stag73. Peering around his shoulder is BJackson. Lady at the front is Mrs. Andy P. I am stood directly behind her. Martin Stevenson has the light grey fleece on and Singapore Stag is peering around his left shoulder. The rest I can't see/Don't know or have forgotten!!!

just visible between Bob and Andy P is Stagstan (i think?). to the right of the lady at the back is SJM Steve, and behind Dave (Stagnjag) is Matt G with the wooley hat on.
