Wiring harness route behind the dash

Does anyone have a photo of the correct wiring route behind the dash / centre console for the harness(es)? My car has harnesses everywhere, untidy and sometimes in the wrong place. For example, the harness to the window switches etc. seems far too long and has to be folded up under the heater to get it out of the way. This isn't what I'd expect.

You probably are after loom pics before the removal of dash bits, but it's mostly hidden until the consoles, dash etc, are removed. This is all LHD stuff, but you can flip the pictures left/right and it should be about the same. It's a '74 Mk2 MOD. I've got more pics too. Most of the stuff is original, just a few bits and bobs from PO but no accessories like alarms etc. were fitted.

Thanks Drew, that's helpful. The harnesses for my centre console seem to arrive from above unlike yours.

Here is where I routed my new loom, that follows the same path as the original loom.
Note that the instrument panel and centre console are connected/located for initial testing purposes.
