As an MGB and mini part this is available in USA at a number of places.. I'm seeing $15-16

If you follow the link you can look at the master cylinders that the cap is fits on a MINI and check if it shows a combined split brake master cylinder same part number as Stag.

Yes it’s shared between front and rear brakes..
