Borg Warner 65 Auto Gearbox

Good Morning
I am in the process of replacing the cork gasket on the sump fo the auto gearbox.
would appreciate any advice whether there is any sequence to tightening the 12 sump set screws
any comments would be most welcome.

just make sure the sump pan face is flat and do not over tighten

....And as recently mentioned on here, don't use any gasket sealer, as it could squeeze out inside the 'box, and cause damage to the hydraulics inside.

Recheck that they are still “tight” after a few weeks/miles as I’ve found they tend to settle. I did try a rubber one once but that was a total fail so back to cork.
