i like this stag which is on ebay, i know thereare lots of scam adverts on there, do any of you think this could be genuine or to good to be true.
thanks
Hes got his number give him a call but i definitely would buy a Stag without seeing it. So that wont be for a while, it does look good and has what seems an fairly honest description. A bit high priced though, unless prices are going up there again he is a car dealer or at least in the trade.
If he's had it seven years that would make him the third owner then, with the previous lady owner only doing about 50 miles per week using it as her daily driver.
It is just plain careless that someone would lose the V5 just when they put a car up for sale. If he's been slowly restoring it there will be a stack of receipts in his name and If i'd done all that engine work and a bare metal respray I'd have taken stacks of photos.
If it all checks out it does look like a decent car but you can't tell unless you give it a thorough inspection - and check that paperwork, receipts and the hestory file and old MOTs should show a steady ticking up of the miles over the years the lady owned it.
