    Timing for "buggered" car

My 73, no vacuum retard line to dizzy. Static timing ( 12 degrees) is useless as it has a Pertronix igniter in it. Vacuum at idle is 14 degrees, 660 RPM, which I would typically assume to be quite low.

Assuming I can find the mark through all the rust, with a stock advance curve, roughly where should idle be? I don't have a dial back so I can't go to 3500 or so to see all in. Not looking for precision, just enough to know I have de-bugged things. It will eventually get a computer, knock sensor etc.

Found the mark. Sitting about 8 BTDC. So now to find a wrench do I can play with it. Non standard size for cranked wrenches. I am guessing about 12 to 14 would be more appropriate?
