Having used Champion for years, I recently changed to NGK BP5ES. You can get them from Eurocarparts, but have to manually enter TR7 as the car as ECP don’t recognise Stag (Any Part For Any Car LOL). With their current SALE60 promo code a set of 8 is £17.12.

Prefer NGK as well. I have no idea how you can mess up a solid core spark plug, but I have had two Champions fail on me. Talking to a friend with a shop, he has had many. This not confusing the well documented non-failure of resister plugs that read open with a meter, but are perfectly fine.
Solid core are getting harder to find.
Factory spec aside, what is the experienced gap? In a B, spec is .025, but .032 to .035 runs a lot better unless you need to start it in the winter in Fargo.
I have heard Bosch bad mouthed as well. Not sure why. Good luck with Autolite, running them in my B at the moment.
In my RS2000 I only use boxed original Ford Motorcraft plugs - had one which actually failed over winter in the garage! Took me ages to find out why a cylinder wasn't firing.
