Hi what are the orange spots for ?

I thought it represented the number of posts (217), but someone with identical posts has 4 spots... also by making this post the count went up by 2 from 217 to 219.. strange?

It is representative of the number of likes your posts have had. John, it is not necessarily on any one post it is overall on all of your posts.

I would like to thank a lot of kind people for kindly boosting my orange dots over the last few weeks.. I have gone from 2 to full....hopefully because of my posts and not pity posts... you are all a good bunch
