I know this has been discussed before, but my car is being reassembled at Faversham after painting and I cannot get over how good the new bowls are - thanks again SOCTFL & Paul (@Goldstar) they are fantastic!

Totally agree, although I have yet to fit mine, they look amazing and come with instructions. Having fitting bowls before, its nice to know they wont start to corrode again Yes, well done SOCTFL team
Thanks for the kind words gents. Russell Lewis and Julian Buckler did most of the hard yards on this project (Mike Fisher kicked it off a little while ago) but I agree they are fabulous. Andrew just be aware that fitting them over the gasket needs a bit of firm pressure, even with the thinner gaskets. They do fit though, honest
Hope to have something else to unveil shortly just writing the business case.
Paul - 3 projects, 1 breaker - garage built and housing 2 white Stags. One runs, one doesn't

Thanks for the feedback Jeff. It was something I worked on with Mike & Russell as Paul says.
I have the new bowls but have to admit I am struggling to fit them but this would have been the same with new originals. I am having problems with the link from the plastic handle to the door catch mechanism

Mk1 Or MK2? Can you describe the problem or is it just a fiddle?
Have you got the instructions?
