How does the club sticker (decal?) attach?

Firstly, thanks for accepting my membership request. I've now received my 'pack', and must say the club magazine is one of the most professionally designed, produced and informative that I've come across. Congratulations to all concerned.
Secondly, and this is a bit embarrassing, how do I attach the Club sticker to my windscreen? It's not adhesive, so I thought it might be one of those static-charge removable-type things, but it won't stick. I didn't want to try the wet-transfer method just in case I ruined it.

Not a big problem, but I've fallen at the first hurdle

plastic have a breath on the screen to just get it moistened with your breath then try to get the air bubbles out

Ah. Thanks. I cleaned the screen with IPA, so that may have affected the surface tension.
