See this thread, which gives some history of businesses with this name in Poole. I recall the business being in Broom Road, Poole in the late 1980's.

The last address in various directories is a domestic property (The Stag Workshop Ltd 17 Cornelia Crescent, Poole, Dorset, BH12 1LT.). In Google streetview (Image date July 2019) there is a Stag on the drive.

I have purchased all The stag Workshop spares and Pete Edwards is still trading but was giving his workshop up and going to work from home.He is still taking work on last time I spoke to him about five weeks ago.Hope this helps.

Yes am now in Sarratt Hertfordshire, looked plenty big enough when it was empty but I’ve managed to fill it up !!!
