petrol filler cap drain

Does any body know what size hose that comes from filler cap drain as mine is missing that what causing smell of fuel in boot

the small end as it is tapered measurement is 10.7mm, so 10mm or a tight 3/8"

thank you for that as Ive only got one hole and grommet going out of boot area I'm thinking of putting a tee piece in below of the breather filter and letting any spilt fuel going out that way what do you think of that idea
