    hardtop headlining adhesive

    hi
this is my first post for my first stag i bought it as a stalled restoration needing electrical work and other odd jobs the hardtop headling was supplied with it but needs fitting i have read on the forum that contact adhesive is used on the sound insulation but i dont know which adhesive is used for the lining ? the previous owner had removed it so i dont have a pattern to copy i have the same problem with the soft top the frame looks ok but the new hood has no fitting instructions i dont know which adhesive i would require for the hood any advice on fitting the headlining or the soft top would be appreciated its much more difficult when you haven't taken it apart i am unsure whether i have all the parts ?
