About 3 years ago, I had a replacement engine fitted by Wards. It was an exchange unit as I had already lost the original engine number. Unfortunately there was a problem which involved the removal of the replacement engine and quite a lot of diagnostic work to resolve the issue. OK it was not great that i had the problem in the first place, but Mick took full ownership of the problem and really got to the bottom of it. Three years and 10,000 miles later it is running perfectly with almost no oil consumption. They are very genuine people to deal with, and I would certainly go back.
