Rear Brake Shoe adjuster

...which way round?

Following a query on the TR Register Forum regarding the orientation of this adjuster for the TR7 which I understand is similar if not identical to the Stag set up, searching on this forum and on t'internet generally has thrown up pictures showing the lower lever fitted two ways- https://www.bing.com/images/search?q...mageBasicHover - see the first three pictures which show the two different ways.
I believe that the first two pictures show the correct orientation, i.e. the 'point' of the lever points toward the shoe, and this agrees with the images I've found so far on this forum.
Can someone confirm?

Rod. That is correct. The "Beak" should point towards the back of the shoe.

I have subsequently looked where I should have - in the ROM - and there is a good diagram showing exactly as you describe.
