dash pot oil leaking

Looks like to I need to replace the dashpot O rings. Are they available separately or does anyone know the size? Also, what can I do to minimize the scoring of the tube went punching out the star washer.
Once the star washer is back in, should I just use fine grade emery cloth to clean it up again?

Clean up the bore before inserting the new o-ring.
