    Today's dumb question #3

Last, and probably dumbest of my questions for today -

My BW65 box has two pipe connections on the left side - are these the connections for the cooler? The parts manual shows these linked by a short piece of piping.

I didn't see the box when it came out of the car as the shop that did the work on the engine removed it and sent it to a trans specialist - so on getting it back yesterday was the first time I've set eyes on it.

Thanks once again for any advice.

Thought the cooler pipes were right side.
you can make the pipe up that’s missing.

        Is it this bypass pipe?

Yep, that's the one. What's it bypassing?

Is that an extract from the ROM? The PDF copy I have doesn't cover the BW65.

Check the back of your ROM from memory there some additional pages for later changes.

Ah, OK, thanks - I didn't know there was a later version. Is it able to be downloaded from anywhere?

                      Dave.
It looks as though it has been left of by whoever rebuilt the gearbox. It must have been there when it was sent to them, so they should have it and be able to return it to you. As Julian says, the cooler pipe connections are on the driver's side. (uk).
