ULTRASONIC ENGINE CLEAN - BUT WHERE? Any suggestions please?

Hi all. I'd like to rebuild the Stag engine myself, but after 45 years of probable crud build up i'd also like the block ultrasonically cleaned for good measure. As the title of the post suggests, i've no idea where i might send it to get this done, my search of the web seems to have drawn a blank. Can anyone recommend any company that offer this service? I'm in Northampton but can obviously travel within reason if needed and obviously subject to any regional restrictions regarding Covid lock down. Hoping someone can with this one, so as usual thanks in advance folks.

They may not be ultra sonic cleaners, but most machine shops offer a cleaning service,when i had my heads machined they cleaned them

When I stripped my spare engine down to it's component parts I had them cleaned by Icleenzmachineez https://www.icmhome.org.uk/ Unfortunately they are in Croydon, but I can highly recommend their work and their prices are very cheap. Every part came back looking like new.

it is so important to get a good job done
suffered a rebuilt engine ruined in minutes by poor cleaning of cylinder heads.
the block had been cleaned really well by the rebore people.... it looked, like a new casting just machined.

so maddened by the wrecked rebuild that the heads were taken off in an hour and thrown into the middle of the garden! They had cost a fortune to repair & were scrap!
i had them professionally cleaned after all the work....but they had cleaning media left inside.

Oh Lord - this is exactly why i'm trying to locate a reputable company. Sorry to hear of of your bad experience, think i'd have lost the plot completely! Thanks very much for the info & link however - very helpful. Hopefully by sharing your information it can at least prevent others like myself finding themselves in the same unfortunate situation - so very much appreciated.
