    BW65 dipstick/filler tube union

Does there need to be a washer or seal of some kind here? I cannot see anything in the parts manual, or on the Rimmers website. Just don't want to find out that I have a leak here once it's back in the car! Thanks.

According to the manual it is just secured by the union nut.

Yep no washer/seal just a compression fit - have to admit I recall that was probably the only part which didn’t leak!

Correct, no seal in there. The BW65 was far better from a leak point for view that the BW35.Easy to get dry.
