Stag spotted...

... while watching the first episode, season 4 of The Crown on Netflix - HPK981N, could only see the back end of it, but looked to be dark blue. Motor is running - can't hear it but can see smoke from exhaust.

Car appears in the background as Charles is leaving the horse trials in his Aston Martin.

Just happened to be at Badminton (actually Hickstead) as Prince Charles drove past. If I'd been there the day before I might have seen Her Majesty!!

I'm confused! Are you saying that was original footage from back in the day? Because the guy in the Aston is the actor playing PC....?

Nice to think our Stags were once considered to be seen alongside the echelons of the RR and Aston Martin! Obviously we all think that anyway.

Sorry for the confusion, I was referring to the actors.
It was Hickstead on a cold morning last January which I hope explains the smoky exhaust - or else I have another item to add to the to do list.
