Hi, I bought my 1972 stag auto last august and was wondering if it was possible to adjust the pedal positions as they seem a bit too close to the wheel arch and not much space between brake and accelerator ,rob.

All three pedalsdrop to the right of the steering column, the clutch has a fair bend in it to move it to the left. Thebrake pedal on the auto can't easily be moved into the clutch pedal space since the connection to the servo is inside the pedal lever. The levers are long so it may be possible to heat up and bend both thebrake and acceleratorpedal lower down in an S form to the leftto achieve the desired positions. Can't really see that there would be any safety issues if that's what you want to do.
Rotten job refitting the pedal box though!
