Well, after a long go with an electric impact socket wrench the bolt is out. Now, is the coupling supposed to slide onto the end of the pulley cos if so my pulley is broken. There is nothing for it to go on. Trouble is, no broken bit fell off, so how did it fit before? Anyone got any clues?
I have now replaced the coupling but the fan blades seem to be fouling the radiator. When the viscous coupling packed up the fan was tight against the rad but luckily does not appear to have holed it. The blades seen to be a bit bent now, can they be bent back or do I need a new one? Any one got a spare one?
