Seat forward tilt escutcheon; p/n 715721

I'm wondering if this is an item for which anybody has developed a 3D print file? I have my seats ready to go back in, with their new leather-faced covers from Aldridge, but these small plastic items are letting them down. I would be grateful for any advice.

'fraid I can't help with the escutcheons, but those leather seats look like the proverbial mutt's nuts! Great stuff!

They’re cracked and broken - had wondered about trying to repair with some of that plastic weld stuff, then sand and paint them.
