Was searching the forum and it seems that the RHP part no. is RHP W7/8 - 2RS

Is it a 7/8 inch internal diameter and 2 inch outer diameter?
Doing a Google search this part no. came up :

Does anyone know what the LJ stands for? Maybe the width?
