This part has separated / snapped off. I'm not sure how it is held together, but can it be repaired? I'm assuming I have to take the glass out. I have 2 broken ones with tinted glass and one good one with non-tinted glass/ i dont want to particularly swap the glass.

ive repaired mine before, but mine had come apart with the bracket still attached to the bar, i pop riveted mine back together,in your case remove the bracket and weld or braces the bracket to the bar ,then pop rivet the unit back in the frame

p.S You will need to remove the glass from the frame, and take the Quarter light out off the door frame easier to work on

is it left or right?? I have one, tinted I think, the other is just like yours!!
For this Stag it's the US passengers side. I'm going to go in my garage's attic space and see if I have a spare. I have a few non-tinted ones which I think are OK

Changing the glass out and replacing the rubber is not a really hard job. I replaced both of my windows because they had dried out in the Californian sun.
