Dave,
What is the condition of your heater box's flow damper foams? When overhauling mine backalong the foam just turned to powder! Hopefully my repair using strips of sealing foam rubber will stand the test of time better than the original.

Good tip,
All of the remains of the foam on mine are now in the bin!
I have ordered some 1/4" foam sheet to replace most of the foams but that is a great idea.
I found them after a google search. I know nothing about them and don't know if the foam is going to be suitable!
I took a punt and I will see what arrives! I ordered two of the "Average - soft foam sheet" stuff sheets as the second sheet was only an extra £1.07. and a can of glue. Fingers crossed it will be near enough. It can't be any worse than what was there before!
e foam looks promising. Can you let us know how it goes.
I'm also going to need some thin foam for the flt sections beneath the side & rear windows of the hardtop so if they're good for the heater sealing foam then I might kill 2 birds with one stone !
