Brake Servo rebuild kit

Hi folks, I've just received a servo rebuild kit from Robsport. I've got the servo apart and cleaned, master cylinder must have leaked into it. With regards to the kit, do you need to use all the parts supplied. I only ask as there are a few pieces that aren't fitted to my servo but are in the kit.

I did my spare a few weeks ago with a kit from Robsport & used all the supplied parts.

Hi Neil, ok, the parts I'm not sure about are the 5 small washers and the concertina rubber boot.

I'm assuming the rubber fits onto the rod that attaches to the pedal

Correct on the Rubber Boot.

Not sure about the washers though, I didn't have any metal washers in my kit, apart from two star washers for retaining rubber seals.

Perhaps a picture might help.

Thanks for confirmation Neil, much appreciated. I'm guessing it's a generic kit so the washers might be used in a similar servo. My servo didn't have the rubber boot on the back so I wonder if it's been removed before and they forgot to refit it

That rubber boot does protect the sliding valve mechanism, so it should be fitted.
