RH Insurance Club Scheme Agreed Valuations

Hello All,

A post was raised about having regular agreed valuations for insurance purposes.

Please find the following official reply from RH which should cover all aspects of concern whilst adding interest and encouragement to ensure your car is covered adequately God forbid you ever needed it

I'm pleased to confirm that nothing has changed with regard to RH's approach to agreed valuations – EXCEPT – we are now able to consider requests for self-agreed value up to £30,000 from Stag Owners Club members. The limit was previously £15,000. Members can request a 'self-agreed value' form from RH if they would like to take advantage of this service. Form attached

As always, it's crucial for individuals to keep abreast of current market values (auction results / classified for sale adverts, etc) and let us know immediately if they think their vehicle's value has changed since it was last declared. This is particularly important in a fast-moving market as vehicles could be under-insured.

Recent renewal for value of 25k didn’t require official valuation & was 20% cheaper than last year & 40% cheaper than this years renewal. Can add official valuation at any time.
went with classic line after 30+ years with the same broker Same level of breakdown & European cover.
RH failed to quote me based on renewal date.
poor response, so couldn’t go with RH despite trying.
