Hi just bought a diff from robsport and I’m going to refurb the diff extension, I’ve bought a new bearing but was wondering if this will be a inferior part as it was £14 plus vat does anyone know where I can get a robust bearing? ...thanks dean

Hi Dean, I to am running a 3.45 behind, a J overdrive. It makes the gearing high enough (hoon days over, well just about) hence having done both the 3.7 and 3.45 with SKFs.
Also rear is fully poly bushed with CCD CV half shafts and uprated outer bearings. A pair of Panhard transverse links. Self designed and fabricated. Gaz adjustable gas shocks. Stag goes like its on rails
