What is wrong with this picture?

Hi All,

Seeing we inherited a sorted Stag, there is something bothering me.
I am not sure if the rear subframe to body fixing is correct as there appears to have gaps etc.
Can anyone in the know who has re assembled this spot give any guidance if it is correct or not..
