Stag mk1 Smiths clock

Wasn't aware that Smiths brand clocks were fitted as standard, thought they were made by Kienzle. I do know that (at least) 2 types of clock were used - one used a points system controlling a motor that wound the clock spring as it ran down, the other being a quartz movement. I did try to repair one of the latter type, but the only access was via the bezel and when the face was removed, cogs fell out and I couldn't quite work out where they'd all come from. Gave up at that point. Eventually got hold of a replacement from an ex-Stagger selling off old spares. Just looked, unbranded though it has the black bezel.
White 1976 build ("Mk2") only a few mods

My Mk1 has a Kienzle which may have been swapped but has black ring so looks original. Its the electric motor type and I have now repaired it twice. First time was just a clean up with a compressed air line. Twelve months later it stopped again and this time it was the well described internal spring loaded fuse. Sorted that and now it even keeps the correct time.
