Hi guys
below is the header tank I have fitted to try it out, I have connected the feed to the heater pipe at the water pump inlet and used the existing expansion bottle hose to the top of the tank, I filled the tank half full and topped up the radiator through the brass fill cap, I ran the engine up to temperature and the tank filled up to about 80% full and stayed there during the engine running, when I stopped it and it cooled back down it dropped to about half full again.
will take the car out for a good run and test it, if it's all good I will make a better tank bracket and keep it on.
will keep you updated
