Possible oil leak between head and block

if you think you have an oil leak between block and head, can anything be done to reduce the flow without dismantling? Like using Bars leak for oil, that is if there is such a product.

Is it at the front of the head where the oilway to the camshaft is located?
I had one that leaked here some years ago, can't remember if I ever fixed it or if it eventually stopped of its own accord. It was only a very slow leak and it came into the "more trouble than its worth" category to try and fix it.
I have had some success stopping an oil leak on my John Deere tractor timing cover by thoroughly degreasing it and covering the source of the leak with a good dollop of Chemical Metal epoxy, lasted for thousands of hours.
Certainly a lot simpler than stripping half the tractor to get at it!

I have seen similar repairs carried out with silicone to what Neil has done, you could try to re torque the heads
