Replacing front and rear inner wheel arches

Hello fellow enthusiasts,

Can someone please advise how difficult it's going to be to replace both front and rear inner wheel arches. mine are pretty shot. Iv'e taken the front wing off the vehicle so I'm not to concerned about that one, its more the rear wheel arch, it looks to be a awkward job to do. Is it possible with the rear wing in situ?

Any tips/suggestion to make the job less painful would be most appreciated.

inner rears are obviously easier with access if the outer is trimmed back.

It is possible if the outer is really that good, but is it?
