poly bushes in rear trailing arms

If you are using Superflex poly bushes in the rear trailing arms, the bushes with the steel tube which rotates in the bush, do you need to to torque the bolts up when the car is on the ground or can you torque them up wit the car in the air and the arm gangling down? I'm assuming it doesn't matter unlike using the old classic rubber bushes.

      Sugit.
With the original "Metalastic" bushes where the tube was bonded to the rubber, it was important that the bolts weren't tightened till the suspension was in its normal ride height position. This ensured that there wasn't a constant twisting action on the rubber. With the poly bushes, where the tube is free to rotate at all times-more like like a bearing-then it is perfectly ok to tighten the bolts at any time.

I agree the manufacturers should know Tony, but I would like to understand the reasoning behind it. The bush freely rotates around the inner sleeve, doesn't it?
