Rev counter and fuel gauge not working

They were earlier but not now. Weird.
Checked that voltage stabiliser is connected, it is, any other thoughts?
Also spotted Hazards not working but when I switch them on it stops indicators working from stalk... Any ideas?
Hoping to take car to Goodwood this weekend and just happier if everything else works.
Lights, wipers etc OK.

Probably a bad earth.

Thanks, not sure where earth is for these gauges, think they go back into the loom, could be fun.
