lumenition

Hi Guys how can I get this lumenition plug off without damaging the connectors?

Thanks for the help , done it before but have been poking about and can't seem to get it

ISTR being able to get them out using a jeweller's screwdriver to push the side tabs in whilst pulling the wire. I eventually gave up on the original connector, cut it off and replaced with a Superseal 3-way connector. Much better solution. Google is your friend if you search using the description in bold.

had another poke still can't get the terminals out, was going to change to that sort of plug but if on the road would not be able to change optical switch if required?

I had to do this away from my tools.
Found a biro refill tube slid over the male pins allow the tangs to move in and could pull the wires & pins through / out.
