Where should I drill the sill cavity for rust protection and anywhere else should I drill to inject rust protection oil?

Mine is drilled under the polished cover plates - three 10mm holes each side - then you can push the wand into each end and make sure you’ve covered the internals well.

You dont need to drill the sill,take the tread plates off theres holes aleady there,also inject the windscreen pillars,and front and rear wheel arches

Be a good idea to drill some drain holes in the door bottoms and inject the doors as well

A lot of the box sections underneath have holes on them so get it in there as well. Also inside the front valance as they can rot there as well - make sure any crud is removed 1st!

Just put some cardboard down, so you don't have to clean what runs out off the garage floor and add a piece of masking tape an inch from the end so when you pull the lance out you know when your getting to the end, or your get covered in crap along with what else is about.
