    identify a noise

I'm trying to find out what noise i have
Driving along normally if I take foot of gas pedal and put it back on slightly. Its like a bearing or something is loose noise .

So hard to guess it is an impossible task to diagnose from your description.

But noise with power on / off I would start looking at the prop shaft & quill shaft.
then move to suspension. Perhaps engine mounts.

But then there is always the bottle of wine rolling around behind your seat that might be the culprit.

      Richard,
Is the noise coming from the engine compartment or from underneath? If from the front, little end bearings, piston slap and possibly big end bearings can produce a "rattle" under the onset of very light torque. The propshaft splines tend to align the propshaft under increasing torque so the lower frequency shake from the transmission can reduce as you put your foot down. More info on direction and type of noise would help.
