Both my electric windows were working perfectly but I had to remove the console for other reasons and when I removed the plug on the wiring harness for the drivers side I noticed that one wire was detached and held in place by a piece of matchstick. While I have got it all apart I would like to repair it properly. How do I remove the broken crimp without damaging the plug and where can I get new female crimps?

A snug thinwall tube over the female will release it from the connector.
the females are available from eBay, as is the essential crimp tool.
search for Lucas rists TTS female.
beware not seeming available without buying a housing.
try 3waycomponents.
the nla Lucas stuff is very very expensive but after market not too bad.
